We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, things can go wrong or a double booking can be made, however we usually have notice of these things happening and can adjust our lives to suit the situation. Our staff at Depilation work very hard to make sure that your appointment times and services are done the right way to achieve the best results for you, but we can only do this with your help.
If you know that there is an appointment that you can not make and need to change, or you simply have a change of mind, please, please make sure you can give us the most amount of notice to be able to accommodate not only you, but our other clients who are patiently waiting to get into an appointment. It’s not fair to the therapist or the salon if you cancel at the last minute, even if it is a 10 minute appointment. So again we would like to remind you that the salon needs at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation or change in your appointment time otherwise a cancellation fee may apply.
We also appreciate a call if you are running late.
