How Does IPL hair removal work?

IPL/Laser Hair Removal works by emitting pulses of intense lamp-light into the hair follicles. The light is absorbed by the pigment in the hair and is then converted to heat. The heat loosens the hair and disables the follicular cells responsible for growing new hair. The majority of hair that is suitable for IPL/Laser Hair Removal will not grow back, while other hair may grow back thinner and lighter in colour. Either way here at Depskin we never mislead our clients into believing they will achieve unrealistic results.
